Our Story
After fifteen years making content for other people's brands, I decided to build my own.
That experience spans broadcast television to film trailers, branded social to podcasts. Different rooms, same job every time: work out what content will resonate, then deliver it to brilliant standards. I'd spent years doing that at a senior level for others, and Pixl Phoenix is that same instinct, pointed at whoever needs it.
The name came quickly. I've always loved mythology and the phoenix was already an old favourite. What draws me to it is the idea of a new lease of life. That from the ashes of one thing, something can rise that's better than what came before. That’s the impact we have on all our clients. We're at our best when we're problem-solving - taking a content strategy that's stalled or trying to find itself, and finding the life in it. Making content land with its audience. Over time, I’ve cherry-picked my favourite collaborators and the ones that deliver on that promise the most, building an awesome team and network.
We began in traditional broadcast television, then through film trailers, branded content, social, gaming, podcasts and B2B.
We've made content in most of the forms it comes in, on most of the platforms it lives on, which means the answer to "can you do this?" is usually yes.
